Thank you for supporting migrant justice!

Thank you for supporting migrant justice!

When caravans of migrants began traveling north from Central America last fall to escape violence and poverty and seek refuge in the U.S., the AFSC community responded with generosity and compassion, raising $250,000 to help.

That support helped AFSC provide food, water, and other necessities to help migrants meet their basic needs; operate human rights brigades to help keep people safe; offer legal services and counseling to migrants applying for visas in Mexico or asylum in the U.S.; and advocate for humane immigration policies and an end to militarization of border communities.

Thank you to all of our supporters who made this possible!

Watch this video to hear from Douglas Juarez, regional coordinator for AFSC’s Human Mobility Program in Latin America and the Caribbean, about the impact of your support.
