Partners describe AFSC work for immigrant rights in Oregon and Washington

AFSC, Project Voice, Oregon and Washington

This video from 2019 includes interviews with several partners with AFSC’s Project Voice Immigrant Rights Program in Oregon and Washington. They describe AFSC’s ongoing organizing work to affirm the human rights of immigrants and change public policies that affect them.

Directed by Pedro Sosa, AFSC’s work includes the establishment of Rapid Response Networks and Know Your Rights trainings that have saved hundreds of people from deportation and become national models for other organizers. AFSC uses popular education methods that build on the experience of people and their stories as they find solutions together.
