The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the overall management, program direction, reporting, and stewardship of AFSC resources in México. She/he will ensure AFSC staff members effectively apply to their work Quaker Values, conflict sensitive and nonviolence approaches and methodologies. S/he is responsible for managing relationships with program partners, assessing impact, and supporting capacity building along the program management cycle. The Senior Program Manager in conjunction with the Regional Director manages contacts in Mexico with government ministries, UN agencies, EU, relevant country embassies, partners and NGOs.
