The Organizing Intern will conduct outreach and support to AFSC’s DACA clients and DACA recipients or DREAMers in Monmouth and Ocean County about the resources available for accessing higher education, supporting DACA and advance parole clinics, and engage youth in federal immigration organizing activities. The Organizing Intern will conduct group or individual meetings with young people and actively participate in youth coalitions. The goal of this internship is to help engage AFSC’s DACA clients and affiliated DREAMers in current immigration legislative and advocacy activities.
