Homeless Memorial Day is December 21, the longest night of the year. 

This year Homeless Memorial Day Vigils will take place in Concord, Keene, Laconia, Manchester, Nashua, Newport, Peterborough, and Portsmouth.

Here’s the details. 

Concord: December 21 at 4 pm at State House Plaza. Please bring a candle. Sponsored by the American Friends Service Committee, Concord Coalition to End Homelessness, The Friends Program, Families in Transition, Family Promise of Greater Concord, and NH Peace Action. Keene: December 21, starting at 5 pm in Keene Central Square. “Remembering,” a candlelight memorial sponsored by The Friends and Faith Communities Committee of Hundred Nights, Inc. in association with The Community Kitchen, SCS Homeless Services Program, Monadnock Family Services and Keene Housing. Contact: Mindy Cambier, 603-352-5197, mcambiar@hundrednightsinc.org

Manchester (2 vigils):
