Jedrek Lamb, a graduate of the AFSC-NM Farmer Training Program is spotlighted in the June 2013 issue of Local Flavor, a Santa Fe publication focusing on New Mexico’s food culture.  In the article, Jedrek credits Agri-Cultura Farmer Cooperative, and La Plazita Institute, both partners of AFSC-NM, as guiding him to reconnect with nature and traditional agricultural practices.  Jedrek is a young farmer and balances the disciplines of historical farming with the potentials of new markets and technologies.    http://www.localflavormagazine.com/the-magazine-2/this-month/
