Last 15 ICE detainees removed from Bergen County Jail

"Activists have demanded that immigration detainees be conditionally released and reunited with their families while awaiting a decision from the courts, instead of being transferred to immigration prisons outside New Jersey. Bergen County was the last facility to continue holding immigration detainees after Hudson County ended its contract with ICE in September."
