Nuclear war or real security?

August 4, 2011: In the midst of the U.S. government's debt deal, the U.S. commits an additional $185 billion to expand the U.S. nuclear program. While vital social services, education development, and social security are being cut, the U.S. is attempting to develop a nuclear weapon that a U.S. president would be most likely to use.
