Israel’s attacks on Gaza in May killed at least 242 Palestinians, including 66 children, and injured over 2,000 more. These bombings were carried out with aircraft and weapons sold by the United States and financed in part by the $3.8 billion in aid that the U.S. provides to Israel each year.
Yet instead of calling for accountability for these brutal attacks, the Biden administration has approved a new sale of $735 million in weapons to Israel, despite objections in Congress. At the same time, the Biden administration also announced it would commit just $5 million to support reconstruction in Gaza—a fraction of what the U.S. is providing in weapons that will destroy even more lives and homes and further diminish prospects for peace.
Take action today: Urge your representatives in Congress to end military aid to Israel and to support reconstruction in Gaza!
