On June 18, the Supreme Court issued a ruling to uphold Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), a program that has provided temporary protection from deportation to more than 700,000 people who came to the U.S. as children.
This is a huge victory. Unfortunately, President Trump still has the authority to rescind the program again. And the administration is continuing its attacks on Temporary Protected Status (TPS), which provides deportation relief to 300,000 people from certain countries afflicted by natural disasters, war, or other dangerous conditions.
Congress must act to protect DACA and TPS recipients—and create a permanent solution to keep families and communities together.
Tell the Senate: Pass legislation like the Dream Act of 2019 and the Secure Act of 2019 to protect DACA and TPS recipients and create a roadmap to citizenship for all immigrants!
