Push for criminal justice reform in WV

The Second Chance for Employment Act (House Bill 2604/Senate Bill 411) would allow people with non-violent felony convictions to petition a judge to have their record expunged five years after completion of incarceration or parole. It’s a crucial issue for increasing employment, substance abuse recovery, and helping people work their way out of poverty in West Virginia.
