End the immigration detention quota

Did you know that Congress requires U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to maintain 34,000 spaces in immigration detention centers every single day?

This arbitrary mandate drives detentions that separate families, undermines the right to freedom, and, in some locations, subjects people to deplorable conditions that violate human rights standards and have even led to immigrants dying in detention. And it must end.

Join us in calling on Congress to end the detention quota and support inclusive policies that respect the dignity and rights of all people.
