What is Selective Service/Draft Registration?
There is currently no military draft, but the Military Selective Service Act requires the registration of all men when they turn 18, in the event that Congress authorized the President to begin the draft lottery. Making choices about selective service registration is not easy, but thinking about the issues is very important for anyone faced with registration.

Do I have to register for selective service as a non-U.S. citizen?
