The Hiroshima Peace Delegation recently visited St. Louis and is working with AFSC as we advocate for the Mayors for Peace program. Yoshiko Kajimoto (2nd from left) had never traveled outside of Japan, and she was really excited to visit the Arch (see photo). The Hiroshima outreach director is Miki Nagahira (far right, next to Lori Reed of AFSC).

The AFSC Office in St. Louis has two programs:
The St. Louis Board of Aldermen passed this anti-war resolution.
AFSC couldn't carry out its work without dedicated volunteers and contributors. We welcome inquiries from people interested in serving in the following ways:
- Committee members to serve on our Area Program Committee, Community Justice Advisory Committee, and International Affairs Advisory Committee
- Office volunteers
- University/high school/youth interns assigned to one of the programs.
