Placing an order by telephone

Complete the order form. We suggest that you photocopy the order form for future orders. Orders are shipped first class.

Rush orders
We can process your order within 24 hours of receipt for an additional $7.00. UPS delivery normally takes three to seven days. If you require next day air or second day delivery, you will be charged actual postage plus a handling charge.
Discount schedule
Please note that AFSC is both a publisher and a retailer. The majority of titles listed in our catalog are not published by AFSC, thus the following discount policy.
Individuals
10 percent discount on five or more assorted titles.
Libraries and bookstores
Thirty percent discount on titles published by AFSC with a minimum order of five titles, assorted. Ten percent discount on books not published by AFSC, with a minimum order of five titles, assorted. We ship by UPS whenever possible. Actual freight will be charged.

As many publishers change prices within the life of our catalog, prices listed are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in U.S. currency only. Visa/Mastercard is

Return policy
No returns for overstock. Books received damaged/defective should be returned within 30 days of delivery. Include a note of explanation, as your comments help us to serve you better in the future. Please pack returned items carefully.
Examination and desk copies
Instructors may request a title for a 30-day examination period. If the book is selected for course adoption, the examination copy is free. If the book is not adopted, it must be returned or purchased at a 20 percent discount.
