Making kits for distribution to Haiti.  Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, 2010.

Because the need in the community varies by season and circumstance, our needs also change.  Contact Ann Lennon at alennon@afsc.org for more updated information for what our current needs are.  As of late July, 2010 our greatest need is now for hygiene kits.

There are many ways you can help: we accept completed kits, or we are just as happy to accept materials, especially in bulk, that we can make into our own kits.  Some materials can be gently used (like hats, gloves, and blankets), while others must be new (toothpaste, etc.).  Knitters, crocheters, and other crafty folk can make projects for donation.
