Two paid peace internship positions are immediately available for Kansas City area university and college students or young adults.

One intern will be based in the Kansas City American Friends Service Committee office doing youth outreach for our peace building programs. This internship will run through September 30, 2011.
The second intern will be based on the student’s university or college campus and consist of organize peace education and advocacy campaigns on their campus. This internship will run through May 2011.
Both internships are on a part-time basis, 7 to 10 hours / week. Interns will be paid $9.25 / hour.
