Petition for the Portland City Council to Pass a Resolution for Full U.S.
Withdrawal from Iraq
We, the undersigned, request that the Portland City Council pass a resolution calling for an immediate beginning of orderly and rapid withdrawal of U.S. troops, no permanent U.S. military installations in Iraq, and an end to U.S. control of the Iraqi economy. We call upon all elected officials on the local, state and national level to demand a full, immediate U.S military withdrawal from Iraq.
