of Domestic Violence Project
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Legal Representation and Education
The Immigrant Rights Program specializes in providing counseling
and representation for immigrant victims of domestic violence.
Project Staff provide trainings for social service agencies and
attorneys on domestic violence and legal protections for battered
immigrant women under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA),
and educate immigrant women on domestic violence laws and protections.
