Youth Leadership in Urban Conflict Transformation 2008-2009
The LAC Region will explore in 2008 and 2008 work with partners in Mexico on creative approaches to enhancing urban citizen security. A “conflict transformation” framework will be utilized in the engagement of multi-sector coalitions to constructively change the dynamics of the conflicts and other causes of citizen insecurity. There will be a special focus on youth and exploration of both experiential as well as on-line learning opportunities.
