Reflections on the War in Afghanistan
Saturday, September 1, 2012 - 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Join us for an opening of the "Windows and Mirrors" community exhibition with music and stories by Jacob George. Light refreshments will be served.

Jacob, a 30-year-old, three-tour paratrooper turned peace activist, is a cofounder of A Ride Till The End (ARTTE), a perpetual bicycle protest of the Afghan War that has covered over 7,000 miles in the United States since 2010.

Jacob returned to Afghanistan with Voices For Creative Nonviolence to work with Afghans struggling for peace and has been sharing those stories while riding his bicycle around the country.
