At the Freedom School we examine:
Why are people poor?
Why are so many people of color in prison?
Explore history you’re not taught in school.
Know your rights with the police.
Learn how to undo racism.
Develop leadership and community organizing skills.

Freedom School is for youth ages 15 – 21.  Please fill out the attached application by December 13th at 5:00pm.  Attendance is free and lunch will be provided.  Space is limited and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Freedom School is sponsored by the American Friends Service Committee and the People’s Institute Northwest.
