Prayer Service on the Feast of the Holy Innocents

The Des Moines Area Ecumenical Committee for Peace, along with MFSA and many other co-sponsors, will present this annual prayer service. The theme for the service is, "Troubled Sleep: A Call to End War, that the World's Children Might Sleep in Peace."  We will lift our prayers, and strengthen our resolve to end war in Iraq and Afghanistan, prevent war in Iran and seek a peaceful solution to the conflict in Palestine/Israel and insist that "War Is Not the Answer."  Please join us!
