Program agenda:

  • NATO/ G-8 presentation
  • History of Nonviolence
  • History of globalization protests
  • Training offers hands-on experiences in nonviolence

Who can benefit: All who are interested in how to conduct or participate in nonviolent protest - helpful for those planning to participate in the coming Occupy protests, also good for anyone who wants training in nonviolence.

Who will train: Experienced staff from the American Friends Service Committee: Darlene Gramigna is the Program Director for the Truth in Recruitment Program of AFSC and Jesus Palafox is a consultant for the Truth in Recruitment program.
