Mothers Day Peace Vigil

Sunday, May 8, 2011 - 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Mothers Day was first proclaimed by Julia Ward Howe as a day to promote peace.  This vigil will include a reading of Howe's original "Mothers Day Proclamation for Peace."  Please bring signs calling for peace.   Sponosred by Seacoast Peace Response, AFSC-NH, Seacoast Alliance for Democracy, UNH Peace & Justice League, Outreach Associates of South Church, and The FUUSE Social Justice Committee of Exeter.
