Lunchtime Talk: International Criminal Court (ICC)

Rita Maran, human rights and international law activist and lecturer at UC, will share her experiences lobbying the US Congress on its participation with the ICC and discuss the US government's involvement with the court. Faculty Director Eric Stover of the UC Human Rights Center will discuss his experiences from the Kampala conference, as moderator of the stocktaking exercise on victim and witness participation, and present his work in exploring outreach strategies for international courts and war crimes tribunals.
