Joint honorees Joe Arpaio, sheriff of Maricopa County in Arizona; Jan Brewer, Governor of Arizona; the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency; and President Porfirio Lobo of Honduras in this special awards event. They will receive “awards” for standing out among their peers for their flagrant violation of Human Rights both in the United States and at an international level.
