Bill Mefford to Keynote Fall MFSA Gathering

The Iowa Chapter of the Methodist Federation for Social Action (MFSA) is delighted to welcome Bill Mefford, Director, Civil and Human Rights, General Board of Church and Society, to be the keynote speaker for our Fall Statewide Gathering. Mefford  will address the issue of immigration, and will emphasize the importance of our role as persons of faith in bringing about comprehensive immigration reform.  Lunch (free will offering) will be provided by Las Americas, and a short business meeting will follow.
