End the war/occupation in Iraq: The Iraqi Parliament has been fighting with the Bush administration to get the US to commit to ending the occupation. No long term bases. No protection for US soldiers who commit atrocities. Out now. OBAMA NEEDS TO LEND HIS VOICE TO CALLING FOR COMPLETE WITHDRAWAL. And he needs us to be loud and visible to counter the voices of those who have a vested interest in endless war. The military-industrial complex will shout how it provides jobs. But other forms of investment (in infrastructure repair, public transit, education, health care) provides more jobs and often better paying jobs. NOW IS THE TIME TO INVEST IN PEACE.
