Eyes Wide Open
Eyes Wide Open is the American Friends Service Committee's widely acclaimed exhibition on the human cost of the Iraq War. It features a pair of boots honoring each recorded U.S. military casualty and a field of shoes representing Iraqis. It traveled to almost 100 cities in the U.S. before it became too large to transport, necessitating its portioning out to each state. Colorado's memorial is available to groups who wish to display it in their towns or neighborhoods as a prayer for peace and remembrance.

Youth and Militarism
Colorado AFSC has launched a youth and militarism campaign to challenge military recruiters (and military programs) in our local public schools. Find out more about local youth organizing and how Colorado youth are making their voices heard.

Educational Resources
The AFSC offers a wide range of fact sheets and materials on current peace issues and peacefully living.
