Dr. Joseph Gerson is the American Friends Service Committee’s Disarmament Coordinator. He has recently returned from the World Conference Against Atomic and Hydrogen Weapons in Hiroshima and Nagasaki and the NATO Counter Summit in Cardiff, Wales. He is currently coordinating U.S. and international NGO planning for the 2015 Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Review.
