Criminal Justice Program:Promotes
public education on corrections and advocates for a more humane,
rehabilitative and restorative criminal justice system. OUTMATES,
a mutual support and Information group for friends and families
of prison inmates has found a new
home!
Immigration and Border Program: Our Immigration/Border Program has created a new project, Voces de Inmigrantes en Arizona (VIA), to work with immigrants in learning about their rights in the workplace and organizing to improve conditions and treatment. The program does outreach, conducts trainings, and is working to establish clinics where individuals can bring specific questions and concerns about problems at work.

Coalition to Defeat Proposition
200: A diverse group of organizations, politicians,
and individuals there were involved in gaining opposition against
Prop 200 that was passed on November 2nd, 2004.
Coalicion
Derechos Humanos : Advocates for just law enforcement
and the protection of human rights on the border. Derechos Humanos
meets every Thursday from 5:30-7pm at the Sam Lena Public Library,
